The Raffles Makati was such a wonderful way to start our Philippines adventure . It just oozes of class and elegance not to mention how unbeatable the location being steps away from the most high end shopping . We could see Hermès from our window . What’s not to love about that . We loved that they offer complimentary cocktails to their Accor members between 6 and 8pm at this stunning bar sponsored by Chopard which makes you feel even more fabulous . I also love that all the rooms are suites and are impeccably decorated not to mention their old world charm with super high 15 foot ceilings if not more . Each room is assigned a butler . Both our butlers Dennis and Rudolph were an absolute delight . We loved also Chloe , Jenic and Viel at reception greeting us with the warmest of smiles each time we stepped into the hotel lobby . Loved this hotel and would happily return .

Stayed overnight at the Artist’s Suite. Great service- from front service, to the butlers, pool area, restaurant staff all were attentive and courteous. We give our commendations to Natalie at the front desk, Roz at Mistral, Butlers Rudolph, Ron,Gary and Jonathan and lady(sorry I missed her name) at the pool area. all of these meals were included in our stay: afternoon tea time and evening drinks at writers bar, breakfast buffet. Had dinner at Mistral. Food and pastries were great 👍 beautiful, clean and GIANT room. Welcome cake and card, fresh fruits greeted us upon arriving. Night time tea and snacks were also served. Pool was clean and love the colors and design of the area. Very enjoyable and highly recommended experience.

We have travelled to almost every country in the world and stayed in the best hotels from Four Seasons to Aman to One & Only to Ritz Carlton yet we have never experienced the level of excellent service as the one we did at Raffles Makati. I can not begin to express our gratitude for our butlers Ron, Rudolf, Kent, Marco, Garry, Edrryann, Sebastian, their supervisor Dennis and the hotel manager Aubrey Ada for making us feel so special during our short yet incredibly memorable stay. Honestly if we were to come back to Manila it would literally be just to see our new found family again without even leaving then hotel. Again thank you very much to all of Makati team and look forward to seeing you all again real soon. Best, Berna

Our security Team to much heat doesn’t stop them to greet smile guest every time you pass and open door to the guest . Housekeeping team amazing details great job in refreshing our room .
